Outstanding experience with Wayne Overhead Door. Timely service, friendly and knowledgeable technician. The springs in my garage door failed and my door was unable to open. I called at 11am and their tech Elijah was onsite with an hour. He walked me through the diagnosis and repair and answered my questions through out the whole process. I now know where I will be calling when it's time to replace the opener motor.

Tim called and arranged to arrive early for a garage door tune-up appointment. Did a thorough review and completed needed repairs within 30 minutes. We're glad we called them for this smaller job.
